This place was exactly what I wanted it to be. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life and never heard about Zips until my recent trip to Eastern Washington/Idaho. The prices were solid and better than most local fast food chains in the Pacific Northwest. Keep in mind as I explain, I tend to buy a bunch of things at a new place I go to so I can get a feel for different stuff. I spent $50.00 and this what I got: 5 cheese burgers a bucket of fries, a kids meal (with a cheeseburger, drink and fries) a large order of onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and 2 butters scotch shakes. We enjoyed all of it. This to me was a great value also knowing that normally (not our first time)we would probably buy half of that for my family of 3. If I spent a similar amount at Burgerville (an over rated local chain in my area) I would have spent $50 and maybe gotten 3 small unsatisfying meals and I would still be hungry afterward. The cheeseburgers here are super basic. And I mean this as a compliment. They don't over complicate it or over season or over sauce it. The patties are also thicker then a typical cheeseburger. Lastly and most importantly I LOVED MY SHAKE. Butterscotch isn't a flavor I see often and both of us thought it was very good. I plan on trying a few more shakes before my trip ends. I had to wait a little long for my food and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with drive through when I walked in, but that was to be expected given that it was dinner time when I went.

Cool atmosphere like you're in an old school burger joint. Quality is that of fair food, you could go elsewhere and do better probably. But, its in the neighborhood. Good employees. Very expensive.
You always make my dog Jax and I feel welcome at your window. It is exceptionally good and sincere customer service. Food is good enough to crave... More than my belly should allow but Jax pulling on his leash with ferocity...even when you are closed... Towards your store helps make our visits regular. Management: please fix your AC! It’s a furnace inside. It’s hot to the point we can’t stay and eat and have no idea how the employees are surviving. The service is great and the food is yummy, especially the shakes. I just feel bad they are working in such rough conditions.
